The Immigration Act 2014 requires employers to check documents to establish a person's eligibility to work in the UK and comply with any restrictions. Under the Act, we are required to check your eligibility before you start work. We ask all candidates to provide proof of their right to work. All operatives are required to carry out a right to work via our approved IDVT supplier Inline with our policies and procedures.
As of the 1st of March 2025, all payments made to agency workers are subject to the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) deductions.

A criminal conviction will not necessarily be a bar to employment. Agency workers of Pinson TM Limited are required to declare all unspent convictions as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
Under Regulation 4(1) of the Working Time Regulations 1998, you can only work more than 48 hours a week on average (including overtime and time worked for other employers or businesses) if you have agreed to do so in writing.
